Weapon-R 4-2-1 Header and Cold air extension dyno'd
We finally found a donor 5 speed 2008 XB to do our final dyno and test fit before production. The vehicle had a Injen cold air. First of here is a couple pictures of the Cold Air extension, and the header.
The Cold air extension will be available for our Secret Weapon intake.
Here is a picture of the Weapon-R Header installed.
This dyno is Our Secret Weapon Cold air intake compared to the Injen Cold air intake.
3.1HP and 4.4TQ over the Injen.
This dyno is with our header installed and with the Secret Weapon intake.
7.8HP 4.2TQ
Now here is where we wanted to show that the 2008 Scion XB exhaust is very restrictive. As well know there is a large Scuba tank under the vehicle for a resonator.
What we did was run the header with an open exhaust system. Since this vehicle didnt have an exhaust we couldnt test with an exhaust.
Here are our results.
12HP and 4.7TQ. This is at peak levels. But notice the large increase in TQ all across the TQ band.
We will have a small LIMITED Qty. of the headers coming in soon. So we will be posting a sale for those LIMITED ones.

interesting, good job! Id really like to see how much HP a good exhaust without the scuba tank would make. I wonder what it would sound like. Make a midpipe/scuba replacement pipe and Im sure it will sell like hotcakes...
