Well I just installed the bushing on the Xb2, the instructions on your web site are correct. The only thing I ran into was my stock bushings had the washers attached and I needed to get new washers. you may want to include them with the kit. I tried to seperate them but started to damage the washer in the process. I was able to fix the small bend in the washer so I could reuse the stocks if I ever sell the car. I havent driven the car yet but shifting is much less mushy from what I can tell.
Overall it was a simple mod and worth the cash. A+ from me!

One more tip, buy a good set of snap ring plyers because the cheap ones break easy...!

Got my bushings and alternator pulley today. Pulley was a whole lot lighter than I expected!
Bushings took no time to install. I wasn't able to pull off the washers from the stock bushings, so I didn't use them!
Hope it doesn't hurt anything...
