I have a 09 xB which I purchased 3 years ago with 120k. I noticed the oil issue early on but figured I wouldn't have the little Toaster very long so I just managed the issue.
It never seemed to burn the amount needed to bother with the oil consumption test. The car now has 180k and have fallen in love these cars. I want to buy a 2014/2015.

Did Toyota ever resolve the OC issue? Do all the 2AZ-FE engines burn oil after 100k or sooner?

Forgive me this question has been answered, but I'm on the hunt for my new Toaster now!

It's suppose to have been fixed with either the 12 or 13 model year I believe.
