Default P0607 ECU CEL and location

Replaced O2 sensor from P0137 error but can't get rid of the P0607 CEL. Pretty sure the ECU is bad.
I have 120K miles on the car with manual transmission. For the life of me, I couldn't locate YouTube or Google
instructions on location and removal of the ECU. Thinking about switching it out with an used one from eBay
then reprogrammed the VIN with handheld scan tool.

Would someone please share a link/wisdom on where is the ECU?

Thanks!

Big silver box right between the battery and air box under the hood. You can't miss it once you open the hood. Make sure you get an ECU that was from a car of the same approximate year and had a manual transmission, there are differences between the various years and transmissions in the programing.
