Default Radiator replacement, need info

My 2012 has a crack in the radiator and I cannot find any info whatsoever on how to go about the replacement, every video on youtube is for first gen cars and I can't find any manuals online either. Is there any info anywhere on how to do this?

Dealership wants to charge $1,000 and they are saying the condenser has to be removed as well (5 hour book time) but I don't buy it, there has to be a way to get it out without touching the a/c system right?

Did a search and found the toyota step by step, but no diagrams.

Thanks man, that's good info and technically the "right" way to do it, but does anyone know if it's possible to do without disconnecting the condenser? I'm kind of assuming that's the way the FSM says to do it because it's the easiest and quickest way assuming they have the right tools to do it, but for DIY I'm not gonna be able to evacuate and then refill the a/c system.
