Default rear brake squeal upon releasing the pedal

I only have 3400 miles on my 2010XB and the brakes work great !
Im starting to notice tho, that when im stopped and release the brake pedal, im getting that quick squeak at the rear wheel. Since my rotors and pads are almost new, is there something in there can use a dab of caliper lube or high temp lube on, slider pins, backing plate etc maybe? Im good at removing everything for inspection but wanted to ask if anyone else experienced this and what they found before i went and looked around.
Thanx in advance, Joey

The caliper pistons have a tendency to jam. They rotate as they move in and out. You need a special tool to service them.

I just replaced one of the rear calipers. It cost me $80, with a $65 core charge. Toyota wants $587.

Your car is so new use your warranty. That way it is documented if you have more problems with the caliper down the line.
