Go to this site:
http://www.rimsntires.com/rt_specs.jsp?postId=906 Enter factory specs (I don't remember them exactly anymore, but I'm sure someone will jump in and correct me if I'm wrong) wheel is 16 x 6.5, tire is 215/45 r16 Now enter your new wheel size, and your new tire size. It will tell you how much your speedo is off. Now you can try smaller tire sizes and see which one will give you a more accurate reading. |
Do they make speedo healers for cars? If so, this could solve your problem, I know it solved mine when I changed sprockets on my bike.

Your almost dead on when your speedo reads 60 mph your doing 61.4 so it is about the same. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html this is what i used and i used it for mine to and check it with my gps and mine is 3 mph off just like the calculator said.

Those are the recommended size tires for the 19" TRD wheels. Your speedo shouldn't be off enough to matter... me thinks you worry too much.
