Default Still have P0138 and P0607 after Sensor and reman ECU installed..

My mechanic put the Sensor in last week, ordered and received reman. ECU, installed new spark plugs, all excited, 5 miles after all installation, still both came back.

Read Scion tC, xB, previous owners none of them seem to have a fix. What else can I check? vacuum leak?
This link below mentioned there are two sensors for the Matrix, what about our 2nd Gen xB?

multimeter just arrived today, follow the lead from previous link, checked the upstream sensor, no resistance, ordered new Denso coming Monday, hopefully that will solve the problem.

Mr_LUV: really appreciated you spending time on my behalf. I got the upstream sensor today, replaced and went for a couple trips. Both fault codes came back on, I m going to check my fuse for the ECU tomorrow, after that I don't know what else to try.

For the sensor code. You night try one of those cel eliminators everyone uses when they install headers. Not a fix but better than trying a new catalytic converter.
as far as the ecm if you have an elm scanner or Bluetooth adapter for your phone. Go through all the data to see if there's anything not getting transmitted. The Toyosys free app I have has engine ,transmission ,abs checks as well as live data. Maybe you can find something there that's not there.

From Torque app, Catalyst, Evap sys, O2 sensor and sensor heater all said incomplete. Downloaded Toyosys will check live data shortly.
