No problem dude, what can I say ! The word "Primary" itself is a little misleading since it implies the existence of a secondary, and there really is no secondary. Our exhaust manifold cat is intended to start scrubbing as early as practical. It's the "scuba" cat that's responsible for providing most of the cleaning. Loss of the pre-cat is unfortunate, but hardly the end of the emissions controlled world (as per my signature, I'm running a header myself). However, loss of the "scuba" cat is another matter entirely. Whatever is used to replace it does indeed matter (recognizing that many choose to ignore that issue -- whatever!)

I will be honest, i would like to see an inexpensive stainless bolt in test pipe. I would like some sound without messing with my manifold and manifold cat. I have heard some Xb's with a glasspack exhaust instead of the scuba and muffler. It sounded kind of nice. I have the TRD center exhaust on my RS 7.0 so i think it would sound good minus a scuba. During inspections times just bolt the scuba back in. I will be watching this tread like a hawk.

I really wish something would be made here. I am looking for something to replace my scuba with. I put a borla axle ack on that I got for $50 so I want something to give it a nice deep tone.

i can tig mig and stick weld. if my shop was set up better i could make them lol but its not so yea..

no one has made bolt on one probly because they felt there was not enoght people to buy it. it costs lots of money to set a shop for any item to be made. probly thought they would not make there start up money back.

Well this one would be great with a nice muffler out back. Not sure how long it would last but heck if people canmbuynthem for $130 even if it last a year or 2 its worth it to bolt it up hella more flow.

Any updates? Starting to look for CAI and improved performance exhaust. Power way before loudness...

I could see plenty of these being sold. Tsudo would be crazy not to sell it.

Count me in, I've been thinking about trying to find a shop to custom make one. Buying one and slapping it on is much easier

As long as it isn't a glasspack design (which will quickly wear out), I'm interested!

I have an aftermarket header, and I tried taking it out and putting a vibrant ultra quiet resonator (The small one, about one foot long by 8" wide), but it was so raspy, I replaced it with the scuba after two days. Something larger with better high frequency reduction would probably sound great (IE: a full size vibrant resonator, etc)!

I wish I had gotten a sound clip, but I literally took it back to the shop as soon as I got out of class.
