What performance upgrade next?
2008 xb
TRD intake
TRD exhaust
Hotchkis sway bars
eBay upper strut
Rims and tires
What should I do next? I'm thinking about a header but I live in California and am debating having to swap my header every two years for smog. I've thought about a lighter pulley but have read mixed reviews on whether they are good for your car or not. Looking for something to give me a little more power rather than anything for the suspension right now. Thanks for the advice.

My vote was going to be for a header. I got the ebay 4-1 header and big daddy's CEL fix, and couldn't be happier. Going on 2 yrs with no check engine light issues or cracks in the header. I'm in AZ and we don't have a visual inspection, so I don't have to remove mine for emissions testing.

Since you're asking about real PERFORMANCE increases and have already done the intake, I'd say header/exhaust but you live in WTF-legislated Kali...
I'm running a 2012 stick with stock motor-internals, K&N SRI with Tsudo 4-2-1 long tube header (great low rpm torque) into Tsudo 2-1/4"-dia high flow cat, scuba-swap and 1-2 exhaust and I can surpass a lot of "sporty" auto 6-cyls and surprise even unexpecting V8s off the lights.
Yes, you're going to need a CEL-fix.
