So after only one blown engine, one blown tranny, a few clutches, a burnt valve and whatever other breakage I'm forgetting you're just giving up???

J/K... GL with the Tundra.

BTW, out of curiosity, what did you do with your XB and turbo kit?

It's cool, I completely understand. My XB has been sitting all winter while I'm driving an old Subaru Legacy wagon I bought as a second car. I'm spending all my free time working on the Suby. 2" lift, 26" A/T tires, stereo and lots of maintenance work so far. Great winter car.

Got any plans for the Tundra?

Redneck!!!

J/K... In retrospect I've had a lot more fun with my 4x4's and off-road motorcycles than my street cars or bikes. Fewer idiots and traffic cops to spoil the fun. ;)

Sounds like fun! I used to have fun like that with a 87 Nissan 4x4. I miss off-roading. No speed limits, hardly any cops and a lot less idiot drivers in the way. I bought a 93 Subaru Legacy last fall and did a 2" suspension lift with 2" taller tires. It's no truck but with 9" of ground clearance and AWD it does okay.

I took the XB to Capitol Raceway last week and ran a 14.33 @ 97 mph. That was fun. I may raise the boost to 7 psi and go back to get into the 13's @ 100+. I'm just a little worried about maxing out my inj's.

Nice truck Cory! Trucks are great for hauling fun toys around. How's everything with you?

The car was running perfect but the cast iron manifold was starting to rust so I replaced it with a polished cast SS manifold and switched from a 6 to 7 psi WG spring. Now it takes forever to enter open loop and runs leaner than I like. I should have left it alone but I'll get it fixed. Might be a leak or maxed inj's.

What do you do all that shooting with? I like the old .308 Winchester but mostly because it works so well for east coast white tail.
