2011 Xb SCN200 Navingation hacks?
Hi All,
I just got a 2011 Xb and ordered it with the new SNS200 Navigation system. I like the system but as many on here, I dont like the way the navigation system is virturally unusable when your moving. Does anyone know how to bypass the speed sensor on this new nav system? |
most likely ground it to the ebrake area or something thats how i bypassed my pioneer unit.

check the link below so you know which connector and wire details.
You need to remove the radio cut the Purple wire in the connector #3. work perfect for me. 3. C27 connector ( Steering Wheel, AUX, Speed ) https://www.scionlife.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=186619 |
Thanks for the info but that does not look like mine. I have the new 7 inch touch screen stereo/navigation system.

purple wire
yeah i have the new navi unit..its still the purple wire in the back..i put mine on a switch had problems when i unhooked the battery and tried to drive after hooking it back up and it would not trak me so i had to put a switch on it..
that way you can have FULL function of everything while in motion. |
