Default ANY EXPERIENCE WITH???

Scion Xb 2008-11 Passenger Side 12" Subwoofer Enclosure

I dont want to spend $600 on the JL Stealthbox.

Does anyone have the 12" set up and can anyone provide me any feedback? good or bad...

Thanks!

Looks like a good deal if you can find a sub and amp for decent price. I always check with crutchfield and sonic to see what deal they are running. Let us know if you get one of these, look like a clean install

wow, this is an excellent find. I was about ready to build my own enclosure and was psyching myself up for the fiberglass rash. Bought, not built is the way to go for fiberglass enclosures.

Following, would like to see what everyone comes up with this. I'm with you pschiller86, I don't not want to spend $600 on the JL one (even if it is the best one out there)

exactly.. VERY NICE FIND on this sub box. I'm going to be picking up the passenger side 12" and gonna talk to them about doing the driver's side one with NO sub cut out, rather the dimensions for my amp. Alpine PDX something something.... lol

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for saving me HOURS upon HOURS of fiberglassing. ;) I wasn't willing to pay the $600 either.

Default Here is is!

I haven't installed it yet, I'll do that either later today or tomorrow but here are some pics.. I'll take more when I pop it in...

It's surprisingly light, I guess it's because it's made of fiberglass. It's very well made and the carpet upholstery is black and definitely quality material.

Gonna take better pictures today but I popped it in last night because I couldn't wait to see it... Took a couple of shots too... More to come!

It fits in perfectly but you can't lift the trunk cover when the box is in. It's so light though, I'm pretty sure a thick strip of Velcro will keep it in place. No need for screws or anything else IMO. If you need something below the cover, you can move the box easily. The connectors are underneath so you can run your wires in the cubby hole under the box.
