Where to put amp?
OK, so I'm new to Scions. I tried searching, but didn't find much of anything.
Have a few old Sony 10'' Xplodes, and an 1100W Xplode amp. The 10s are in one box, and will sit in the cargo area no prob. The question is, where the heck should I stick the amp? Where are you guys putting yours?

Mine is under the front driver's seat. It was mounted toward the outside (door) of the area to allow me some control from the side of the seat (with the door open). I have a cheap black floor mat covering it to conceal it. Works well...let me know if you need pics.

Mine is under the Passenger Seat. Do you have room to mount it on the back of the speaker box? Or do you just want it to be seen? There are some pricey Amp Mounts that go into the cargo windows (about $250)

I'd like to keep it tucked away. Reason being, if I need to utilize the cargo area, it's real easy to pull a box out. I don't want to have to cap off a power wire if I need to pull the subs out for a day.
I haven't thoroughly checked out the area under the back seat yet. You mean like pull out the back seat and have a look? I can do that Sunday.
Timmer, yeah, if you have pics, that would be awesome.
