Default Can't get phone to connect to Pioneer system...

I have a 2009 xB RS 6.0 & it has the Pioneer nav & bluetooth system. I can't get my phone connected to it--could it be because my phone is a Windows phone & the car's too old for it? I've got everything else working, I just can't figure out how to get the bluetooth working. Help will be greatly appreciated!

I love my phone. After using only Apple products for several years, I made the switch & will never go back. I'm just wondering if my phone is too new, since the car is a 2009.

In most cars you can only pair certain amount of device on bluetooth. Most radio can store up to 5 devices. You might have to go into the settings of the radio to delete the devices you don't use anymore. Hope this help. Also sometime you might just have to restart the phone.
