Tried searching, but NO luck. Is it possible to change to fog light bulbs without removing the front bumper? or is that the only way? any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

 

I'm sure you could figure something out, but it would more than likely be easier to remove the bumper. Could remove the upper grille and cover, then reach all the way down.

 

i helped my friend install hid in his fogs by removing the bumper and part of the grill. only need a philips screwdriver, flat head, and like 8mm lug wrench. pretty easy except you might have to jack up the front or roll over some blocks if you dont have a short philips screwdriver.

 

You could remove the plastic splash guards and have instant access to the fog lights.

 

I did this first. If you have tiny hands you're good. Bumper removal is so much easier.
