Interior accent lighting
I am looking for suggestions about interior lighting (cathodes). I have contacted Randodes and Oznium but neither has returned my messages in a timely manner.
I have not done any modifications before but understand it is fairly easy. If anyone has suggestions about dealers other than those mentioned I would appreciate them. I am going to need the lights, switches, etc. I wish the two companies mentioned were as good as everyone says but I think it has been long enough.

Huh??? Just buy the cathodes and put them in where you want them. Usually under the dash, seats and in the doors are the common places to put them. You only need one switch which oznium should have if not you can get one at your local hardware shop.

check your bulk and junk mail folders, i have heard that their replies to messages somehow get sent to those folders and not peoples main in boxes. also, keep in mind that some people do take time off once in a while. they are not big companies with loads of employees. give em a little while to re-spond, you wont be disapointed. their customer care and support is great.

I got in touch with randode...seems like there was an unforseeable circumstance and therefore no response. I hope my original message doesn't discourage anyone from doing business with either company, just a unique situation.
And yes, I will be ordering the randode kit tomorrow.

yeah I would love to see a DIY on randy's kit too. I ordered one about 2 weeks ago and just ran through the instructions. I think his new instructions for the 08 kit are so new, there are no pics or illustrations (I've heard his kits for the older xb's were great in that sense). I'm sure it will be easy, but hey I'm one of those guys that pictures always helps.
I wonder if anyone did a diy for his old kit. I'm sure it's very similar

I just wish there some pics in the instructions. ;-) I'm a picture guy. I got a kit for my brother's xb and we just keep staring it and those 2 pages of text instructions. I'm sure it will all make sense once we jump in, but it's hard to make the leap looking at what we got.

Yeah I'm sort of thinking the same thing. I might just wait out installing it till Randy has updated instructions. I have heard the ones for the xb1 are awesome with lots of pics.
