Default illuminated door sill enhancements no longer on

Hi I have a 08 Scion XB and the illuminated door sill enhancements no longer work. I was wondering if I could replace the battery or something because I liked them

They should have been hard wired. Check your fuses and make sure none are blown. If thats not the case, maybe a wire got pulled.. look around under your dash for anything out of place.

As said above, they're hardwired to the car. I gather somebody else installed them for you, so if you want to checkout the wiring, review the Illuminated Sill accessory PDF in the xB2 tech files.

How old is the car, and did you have the dealer install them? Take it back to the dealer (in under 36k on door sills) and see if they'll check them out.

They are hardwired, and if under warranty def take it by and let the dealership check it out. The wires run under the trim plastic and T tap into the factory harness. One of them could have come loose.
