Program Key for 2009 Scion xB

Does anyone have instructions for programming keys for 2009 Scion xB (2nd Generation)? I've found instructions for earlier models (1st generation), but so far nothing for this year make / model. We have to get a replacement key cut and programmed and the dealer cost is outrageous.

when we got our sued 08 xb it came with just one key, so i went to home depot and they made me a regular key for under a dollar. i didnt want to shell out the cost for a keyless entry fob from scion

the key isnt programmed its just the lock/unlock buttons. They use the tec-stream computers.
