Yes, either one will work..
Easiest way is using LED flaher relay... but resistor will be the cheapest..

I currently don't have resistor in stock but I do have LED flasher relay in stock..

LED flasher relay you only need one and it will cover all the turn signal.. For the resistor, you need one for each bulb (plus you have to tap the stock wiring....
LED flasher relay is plug and play..

also interested in the relay as well.... still have not installed mine because I am very skeptical about 1 tapping into my stock harness and 2 the amount of heat that resistor produces....

LED Flasher relay will be choice for you then..
You just pull out the stock relay and plug in the LED flasher and you are good to go...
