I'm wondering where they measure the height to come up with 2" lower on the xB2. From these pics it looks like the xB2 grows in height from front to back so that by the time you are at the rear end, it is either the same height or slightly taller than the gen1.

The gen 2's roofline is considerably lower than the 1st gen xB. It does slightly slope upward as it goes toward the rear, which seems to be multiplied by the fact that the vehicle's suspension is "raked" upward in the rear. It just SCREAMS "LOWER ME!!!!!"
Here's a pic of my two, side by side. Keep in mind, my 1st gen sits about 2.5" lower than stock height.
