2011 what major maintenance needed?

Had a TC before, like the no thrill reliable performance/bank for the buck.
Just picked up an XB 5spd today, had a PPI done, everything checked out. It has 69K miles, what major service should I be performing in the near future?

Serp belt (looks original) and water pump?

Any suggestions? Thanks!

nothing really unless it needs it. I would do a tune up if i were you. Plugs, air filter, cabin air filter, change the coolant, change the belt if its worn. Other than that if its not broke dont fix it. Im super anal so I change my plugs and coolant every 50K miles. The water pump seems hit or miss so unless its leaking i wouldnt mess with it. And these motors have a timing chain so no need to replace a timing belt.
