Default Frankenbox's Rat-Rod xB

What is up Scionlife, had this awesome idea about giving my xB a Rat-Rod look, through this and several other forums I found out I wasn't alone, I've got plenty of ideas, concepts, and information now but I wanted to request some help with a couple of things.

For starters, I really want to replace the factory side mirrors with some retro Swan Arm mirrors. This is proving to be the most challenging task so far, I'm not sure if I would have to do any body work to have it 'blend' in or not, any pointers and recommendations?
So far I'm looking into Mooneye's mirrors.

Next I'm torn between mimicking Divine's ride and riding on stock steelies with center caps and trim rings, though I'd keep the steelies black on account that I drive a Red xB.

Or option B which would be picking up some Smoothie Hubcaps for a 'cleaner' look, sure it's less distress but man look at that shine!

I will be sure to keep you all updated, when I actually get some work done on this Box!

For the mirrors you just need to have a new mirror panel made that bolts into place of the old one and profide a surface for the new mirrors to mount to. As for the steelies it is personal choice. I went with white painted ones with a chrome trim and made a set for baby moons for the center of the wheel. It's all what you want in terms of look.

Any idea how I could get solid mirror panels made or where I can purchase them?

The smoothie hubcaps make a lot of noise, the metal spring grips pop and creak.

Check out these smoothies from Circle Racing they have 16's - 20's

How much do these usually run for a set of four? The lack of prices on the site scares me a bit, aha.
