Quick question, what kind of projectors do the Mercedes C class run? And are they better than TSX's?
TSX projectors seem to be a really good option. Of all my research, I prefer the FX35 projectors with TSX lenses and some minor modifications.

There's HID forums. There's a lot more people on there that are a lot more knowledgable than myself.

Yeah, I've been looking for some to ask this particular question but I think if they fit, I'll just run what I can get my hands on.

I mean, if it looks good, it looks good.

Just my opinion... If I had the $$$, I'd do a retro in a heartbeat. Stock projectors suck.

bego, bake your headlights, remove squirrel finders, and you shouldn't get flashed anymore.
I've been running stock projectors with 5000K (now 4300K) for a year and I've never been flashed once. My lights are aligned to the proper stock level and I still have the squirrel finders.

I just got back from a trip for work and my rental car, volvo s40, had projectors ( i am pretty sure they were HID but not 100%). Anyway They were much nicer than the ones in my tC. The cut off was nicer, no squirrel finders, and it seemed to spread the light more evenly than mine. I really thought I was fine with the stock projectors and my HIDs, but after driving tonight and comparing the two, I think there is something to be said about projector quality. Now I want a retro.

Our projectors are not true projectors, they use a fresnel lens. True projectors are just clear glass. ;)

Let me ask this, how do you raise or aim the high beams or do I need to upgrade the heads in the xb?

buickid is correct...so generally an easy upgrade if you can't purchase actual projectors, you can switch out the lenses to some clear glass ones and that'll greatly improve the stock performance.
