Default KARR Alarm chirps for no reason?

Last night my xb started chirping. It did the fast 4 chirps like it does when the neighbor kids ball hits the front of the car. Well i thought maybe a cat. Then about an hour later it does it again. Then i get up and think ah hell no somebody is trying to steal my embloms. So i go to ninja mode and go out back and watch the car. Then magically it chirps again and nobody is around at all. Then 2 minutes later does it again. Has anyone ever had this kind of problem before? All help would be appreciated that way i don't have to take it to the dealer if it's just some fluke.

check the sensitivity of the alarm....were cars driving around? cause if the shock sensor is too sensitive the cars driving by can trigger it...

no thats the funny thing my alarm hasn't ever chirped in all the time i had it except for when some kids hit the car with a ball, and that was pretty hard. What i'm thinking is a cat jumped on the car once. And every hour like clock work the car would chirp the 4 o 5 quick chirps. It stopped after my wife drove the car to work. So does the car keep chirping until you reset something?

some alarms are set that way. i had a clifford alarm in my mazda. used to chirp a few times and actually drained the battery when i was away all weekend once. check the manual for the alarm system. also check to make sure none of your pins are not coming undone or shorting out.

some alarms have a voltage sensing switch...and every few minutes it will sense voltage and trip the alarm...
