Oil pan - TC vs xB?
I have a 2009 xB and I picked up a spare oil pan from a 2006 TC. Upon doing a little inspection and research, apparently they are a bit different...
Google seems to claim they have the same capacity, but the shape is a bit different. The gasket is the same so I think they are at least mechanically interchangeable.
Anyone familiar with the two?

I would say that having them side by side would benefit you the best answers to your questions. Maybe one is cut to clear a crossmember that the other doesn't have to work around ?
