Question on Complete Exhaust systems?

So I got myself a 2014 Scion Xb and I think it's time it gets some love. I'm looking to upgrade the air intake and the exhaust system, but I know nothing about brands. I don't want one that sounds rediculously loud (that it sounds like a muscle car) or soft that it sounds like the stock exhaust. I want one that sounds just right, not too throaty but has a good sound to it that it doesn't sound like those typical Honda civics with the lawn mower exhaust. Any tips will help! Thanks!

Resonators and "turbo" full size mufflers stop the rice. But my advice is search on YouTube for your car and the word exhaust. You'll get tons of hits. Pick your favorite and replicate it.

Brand whoring is for show cars that get trailered in. Don't focus on the brand.

I just installed the Tsudo Fireball dual catback on my 2015. I absolutely love the look and the sound is like you described. It sounds great but it's a little mild and understated at the moment even with the removable silencers taken out. It would be perfect if you were looking for mild. I planned on doing their Scuba delete but they were out of stock at the moment. I'm thinking once I get one installed I'll get the slightly more-than-mild sweet note I was looking for.

Not mine but can give you an idea about the sound of the tsudo-- www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVioo715XTg
