I'll be there on the 10th. Can't wait. I hope they have real models and not the 5Axis ones this time.

A February unveiling may be too soon....both our Scion dealers are "overflowing" with xB's.

i don't think it will be problem in terms of inventory since we probably won't see full production till the end of june. plus there are still a lot of people that want the 1st gen because of mpg and it's size.

also, if you look at allocation its getting smaller and smaller for both the a's and b's. we're used to getting 12 to 15 xB's every allocation and we got 4 on the last one.

Are dealers still getting xB shipments? The Seattle area dealers claimed their last one ever came in a couple of weeks ago.

I would be willing to bet that both the 5Axis cars and the production models will be on display. It would be a very Scion thing to do.

BTW, haven't I been saying Chicago Auto Show for about 6 months now? Oh well.

Chris
I still have 2 or 3 that should be arriving at my dealership within the next few weeks.

instead of starting a new topic I'm just gonna show it here. I was browsing IGN and I ran into this picture,

Now, it sounds odd but it does meet the requirements with slightly bigger, to rear window, antenna on the top, fog lights on the bumper but in the front, tC style handles, the only discrepency is that the lights don't have the turn signal.

look on the bright side, I didn't create a new post, or post the bB again, or the daihatsu.

isn't the cube supposed to be sent state-side for the 08 model year to give xB the run for its money.

don't get me wrong, i like the xB, but if the cube was available i'd most likely get a cube.

from what I read (after I put that handy dandy post and was corrected), the nissan cube was supposed to come over, but since it was in the middle of it's life, nissan was gonna do it during the cube's refresh, most likely in '08 or '09

Exactly - it would have cost too must to make the car US legal - might as well engineer the next generation from the start to meet US requirements. I have a feeling it will compete very well with the next generation xB.
