Default xB Rear ended. Imprint in bumper from crash!

Would anyone know how to figure out how fast this vehicle was going that rear ended me to cause an imprint of that vehicle's license plate bolts into the bumper of my xB? I was dead stopped at a red light when this Mercury Mountaineer hit me. The speed limit there is 25mph, but I don't know how fast she was really going.

They are indents in plastic. With the weight of a Mountaineer it could have been moving as slow as 5-10 mph to cause the imprint. A real indicator would be how far it moved your xB forward.
