I just purchased a silver 2015 XB and will be installing air ride come July (Air Lift kit). My question is, will my warranty be void at this point or just void the suspension part of the warranty? Everything will be bolt on and the only holes that will be drilled will be to mount the air tank and compressor.

Just the suspension and attached portions would be voided. Read up on the Magnum-Moss Warranty Act for specifics. Here is a basic run down of it.

Yup just the suspension area of the warranty would be void. I think I still have the paperwork from my car where the suspension was marked as "damaged" because of my bags. My SA said it was just because they wouldn't warranty the modified suspension.
