Default Raceland coilovers

Does anyone know how I can make the back lower it's turned all the way down but still looks too high.. Thanks in advance

Pull the adjuster out.

The adjuster meaning the bottom part where the spring sits on.. The whole perch or just the spinning ? Also it is easy to do can I do it myself or should I take it somewhere

You can try pulling one ring, but may as well pull the whole thing out and run only the spring.

It's easy to install.
