Rear strut bar?

Has anyone found a company that makes one for our XB? Or has anyone found something that can work?

naresh 04-03-2014 01:55 PM

Tb performance makes it.

Thank you!!!

They posted some pics on here. I saw it a few weeks ago and it's only about $120.

Yeah, this was just talked about a few weeks ago like Naresh said. People were pumped because they are the only ones right now, and they do full-blown bracing as well, for really cheap.

Yes it looks like a good product for reasonable pricing!

Oops sorry, my page didn't upload when I added my link! I searched for a hour or so yesterday couldn't find anything! Thanks for the help everyone definitely getting at least the rear strut brace. Semi considering the bracing

naresh 04-03-2014 02:28 PM

Please don't forget to let us know what you think once it's installed. I'm thinking of getting it too.

I will, I am going to wait a pay check or two since I just bought some goodies for my room ha!

I've actually got the full set of bracing from them on my box and it does improve the chassis stiffness quite a bit. So much so that i had to put a front strut brace on the dial a bit of understeer back in. Turns out that at my driving speed through canyons I had a tendency to lift the rear a bit with all the braces and trying to swap the front and rear ends is not a good idea while braking through a corner. :0 There have been people early on who were not happy with the build quality of the braces but I have to say that I have never had a problem with mine and really enjoy the increased stiffness that they add to the chassis. The rear brace is a bit of a pain going through the middle of the hatch floor but I have learned how to stack groceries around it and use it as a cargo brace.

Yes. I am selling my 2 fosgate p3 12, and is think about the sundown sa8. Then I'll add the rear strut brace. I need to free up some space in my truck too.

See all I have in my trunk are floor mounted subs. So still stock height of the trunk, and looking for stiffness for driving as well as make it look a little nicer as well! Good to hear you like them.
