For those of you on air...

Alright so not too long ago I finished up my air install and now im hearing some sounds that are bothering me, specifically from the front end.

When i hit small bumps in the road i hear a low "THUD" from the struts.

Also i hear what sounds like rubber squeaking while making turns. I ride with the front end high enough to clear the wheels so i know its not the tires rubbing.

Im on Randode elite struts, everything was torqued to factory specs (i went off of the TRD spring/strut install instructions) do i need to go tighter?

Also ive read that some guys have removed the sway bar after going on air, now im unsure as to why. I dont remember if it was gen 1 or gen 2 owners (still searching)

Im going to go over a few things today and tomorrow. Anyone have any input?

when i was on air and reading a bunch on it, I read that noises on randode struts is "normal."

Not too sure about the rubbing noise. For the thud did you try torquing the top nuts again? Could've come lose over time. If not that then try hitting up dode.

Yea i mean i wasnt expecting any wierd sounds seeing as theyre basicly a replacement.

And im sure nothings actually rubbing it just sounds like some kind of rubber squeak. Its loud enough to hear it but no one outside my car has ever heard it. Il try re torquing the top bolt just dnt know how tight to go
