TRD or?

Hey guys right now I have an 08 xB at 100k miles....its sitting on Tanabe NF210's, KYB Excel-G struts/shocks, Hotchkis sway bar, TRD upper strut bar. Ball joints are in need of replacing. I did the suspension about 25k ago.
My questions:

I'm about to replace the lower ball joints with some Mevotech ones (https://www.carid.com/mevotech/front...18&url=5559349)
Anyone tried these? Anything better?

I've never really been happy with the lowering components (I think it's mainly the KYB shocks/struts that are probably already close to being blown out after only 25k) and was wondering if switching to TRD shocks and struts at the same time as the new ball joints would be a good choice or a waste of money. Right now it just seems like the KYB just don't work with the springs correctly. the springs are doing one thing and the strut/shocks something else. Like they're just not made to work well with each other. Since the NF210s are very similar to the TRD springs I was thinking the TRD shocks/struts would be a good choice. The current setup is very bumpy and feels almost like the back end is doing a stiff small bouncy hop over small rough sections of road when going slow.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Thanks everyone!
