TRD Shocks and Struts... Worth it?
Hey peeps... (no not the marshmellowy goodness)... Question for anyone that's in the know. I am wondering just how worth it it is to go with the TRD shocks and Struts over stock for my drop (Eibach Sportlines)
Have the cash to spend on em, but if it's not worth it I would rather buy my CF hood with that money. And to anyone that would say "Go with Coil Overs..." I understand that is the best way to go, but I already have my springs and not enough cash to drop on coilovers. SO with that said... any advice/ knowledge would be MOST appreciated! Thanks!!

I have Eibach Sportlines on stock struts and after more than 30,000 miles I still have no problems. I can't speak for the quality of TRD struts, but with no problems out of my stock struts I would say use the money for your hood. Some people like to get the install all out of the way in one shot, but since I do they work myself and don't really mind when I can save the money not getting struts that I feel I don't need. I will only replace mine when they go bad or I get coilovers, which ever comes first. Good luck.
Ive had my trd shocks/struts for almost 20k miles and they were worth every penny! I will warn you, they are a quite a bit stiffer than stock (especially with trd springs).
