Default 20" Enkei test fit, part two: now with 100% more Airlift :)

Picked up a set of three piece Enkei Zeus wheels a while back. Specs are 20x8.5 +44. The lips have TONS of deep gashes and rash. They are three piece wheels, but the barrel and lip are welded together, and the center drops in from the front. I'm trying to find a way to get new lips and barrels without breaking the bank. LOL

Anyway, on to the pics. I'm super stoked at how good they look.

So they're not a three piece wheel... they're a two piece welded wheel, just like the BBS LMs.

CZ Wheels can get you new barrels and lips. They'll cost a bit, though. I'm thinking right at $1600 for a full rebuild.

actually, CZ Wheels wants $230/lip and $200/barrel. So by the time I powdercoat/paint the centers, I'd be up over $2,000 I think. But damn, they would look good. ::sigh::

Keep them and maybe rebuild one or two at a time. You don't necessarilly have to get the faces refinished right now. You can wait after the rebuild.

Either way your xB looks great. Just how bad are the scratches? Can you polish out some of them and look alright? Will never see them from more than 10ft away.
