Exclamation Best way to do this.. Help needed!

So I bought my xb used and it had rims and low pro tires already on it. Next year I will be moving to Michigan and I know I'm going to have to get new wheels and better tires for extreme weather conditions. Can anyone suggest how to even go about this in a smart way? I wanna be cost efficient with it because I am already spending a great deal on the move itself, but I want my xb to still look sexy too! lol
I really appreciate any input on the subject!

Scour your local craigslist for 5 lug wheels that fit on any Toyota in a small diameter, like 16". Purchase said wheels at the lowest price possible. Install new tires found off the internet, either tires-easy or onlinetires will suffice. Install said wheel and tire combo, drive.
Pretty simple.
