Do we all have TPMS in our new XB ?
 

Do we all have TPMS in our new XB ? I just got some used wheels wit tires on them .. I'm wondering if I can just put them on and dump my old steelies .... however If there is TPMS in our XB .. I just I have to ... remove them first ....

getting an xB2 on monday....also curious.

yes they do have TPMS...

If you don't swap the TPMS sensors from the stock steelies into your new (used) wheels, then the dash warning light will just stay on.

If you don't want to spend the $$ to do the whole tire/wheel break down, swap, remount & balance thing; just wait to put them in until you need a new set of tires.

I put black tape over the dash warning light. Works like a charm.

IF I used my new wheels with TPMS for now and install them later will it do any damage to my car or the system?

No.
