Simple answer is, not a chance in hell!
For an example why I've attached pictures of when I was going to try fitting my Work Varianza D3S. Specs were Front: 18x9 +6 & Rear: 18x10 +15. These stuck out 2" past the fender. With 18x10 +20 you would have at least 1.75" poke in the rear and just about 2" in the front.
If you want that look, or are willing to roll and serious pull your fenders and run very stretched tires, or possibly build fender flares, then yes you might be able to fit them.
