Default Lug nut torque spec

I'm going to change oil and rotate my tires this weekend and wondered if anyone knew the actual torque spec for the lugnuts on a stock steel wheel? I had always guessed it to be around 85-90ftlbs., but wanted to know for sure. I've checked my owners manual and it doesn't say anything. Also, do you guys rotate them front to back as the owners manual recommends, or do you cross the front tires when you bring them to the back? I always did it the factory recommended way on my 2011, and the tires never seemed to where nice, even though the alignment was ok and i keep a close eye on my tire pressures. Thanks.

Check the rotation of the tires to make sure you are able to rotate them side to side. Wouldn't want to be running your tires backwards now. I torque my wheels to 85 ft/lbs.
