I just bought an 08 Scion xB last week.
According to a website, the Wheel/Tire combo package (described below),
will fit my Scion xB.
Im looking for anyone else who has put 20" wheels on their 2nd gen,
to share pictures, along with YOUR Wheel/Tire size.

My major concern is the "aspect ratio" and
how much space is left between the top of the Tire and the Fender.

Any Pros/Cons/Problems/Websites/Reviews/Opinions, would be appreciated!

20's are very big.

I mean...if that is the look you are going for, don't let me stop you...but consider that your will have to change your suspension as well.

I am no expert, but I've seen one of two with 20's whereas they rubbed like crazy/had damage on the fenders.

Think about it really hard.

I have rethought this and I'm thinking 18" would be a better choice.
Im really not into the added expense of the suspension.

These are 19" TRDs with TRD suspension, no rub even with 5 adults

that's actually a good idea to go, but you still NEED to work the suspension.

Either way, you got three options:

1. Run the wheels without suspension mods (the back will be raised higher...just like you ride now)
2. "level" the suspension. What I mean by this is that you lower the back end of the car to match the front in order to have the same wheel gap all around. You can either switch the suspension components in the back, or go ghetto style and cut the springs (will not be able to sit any heavy people in the back/will bounce like a ****)
3. Do the suspension all around. Basically, new shocks ALONE would be a good $300 + labor (can keep original springs, but will wear out shocks quicker)

I ran the TRD 19s with a beefy 235/35 wrap and rubbed a little of the fender liner in the front. That's it. I was on Hotchkis springs at the time.
