Wheel Bearing or Transmission whine 2011 xB
Howdie,
Bought this car new.
I have about 150k miles.
Getting whining noise from front of car. Driver front. How can I isolate the problem? I am thinking its a wheel bearing or transmission issue. Car drives fine. No pulling or lag which might be transmission problem.
I put car in neutral and it might sound a little better but cant really tell. Noise is more of a whine when accelerating or coasting. 20-45 mph. Sounds like bearing. is there any way to diagnose this?
