Default Wheel and tire fitment question

Hello All,

I am purchasing an xB2 here pretty soon and I'm already making plans....

I found a set of wheels I like, want to know how they'll fit....

18x8.5, et35...with 215/45-18 tires? Is the offset correct? No rubbing on the inner or outer fender liners? Do i need to buy conical wheel nuts? I plan on purchasing coilovers asap, so I dont know if that will make a difference....I'd rather not roll the fenders if I don't have to... I will most likely lower the car 2 inches front and 1.5 inches rear...so no, I am not going to be scraping...this will be my daily driver and I'm almost 50 years old, so I am wayyyyyyy over this "dumped in the weeds" BS....

I am coming here from the VW mk2 world, having owned a 1991 VW GTI 8V since I bought it new in Nov, 1990....will be selling it to fund the new wheels, new coilovers, and about 1/3 the purchase price of a 2010 or 2011 xB....

Thanks for any info provided!

I don't anticipate an issue.
