Default Wheels for a 2015 xB on TRD 19"

I am hoping for some help on determining what tires I can go with on my stock setup with newly purchased TRD 19s. I know the dealer says that the size is 235/35/19 but was wondering what I could get away with a little thinner to help minimize road noise and maybe with a tad bit more sidewall to help even out the ride comfort a bit. Was thinking of something in the lines of a 225/40/19.....if that is possible. 205/55/16 are 24.88 diameter with 4.44" sidewall, 235/35/19 are 25.48 diameter with 3.24" sidewall, and 225/40/19 are 26.09 diameter with 3.5" sidewall. Any help or input will be greatly appreciated......Thanks

225/40/19 will fit fine and you should get near zero stretch (which reduces sidewall height) on an 8" wide rim.
Budget allowing, NF210 springs will further help ride comfort by giving a moderate drop/lower COG; TRDs will handle better but are stiffer.

Thanks.....yea I'm just not sure if the extra 1/4" in sidewall on the 225/40/19 is really gonna be a big change in ride quality though. Ugh decisions, decisions....

FWIW, I've been on 235/35/19s, then 235/45/17s, now 225/40/18s...
All with the same TRD springs.

Nice!! So in your experience did you notice a huge difference between the 3? I did end up going with the 235/35/19s tonight and hope to have them on by the weekend. Also through your advice I think I will be eventually going with the NF210 springs in the future cause a lot of people seem to say that it does help the ride comfort even over stock springs.

The larger sidewall does help reduce the harshness of ride. It will also add a bit more flex, so cornering won't quite be as tight and your speedo will slower than actual. All that said, I prefer the 225/40/19 over the 235/35/19 for a daily driver

19s are on with the 235/35/19s and gotta say I'm pleased. Ride didn't suffer hardly at all besides a tad bit more road noise and it changed the whole outlook of the vehicle.
