They're asking if you want to pay for their "special" valve stems.

Sounds like you might as well take the valve stems, if they're free, and then decide if you want to keep them or replace them after you see how the color looks.

ok so if i get an offset of 38 how will it be different from an offset of 43?

If the wheels are the same size, then the +38mm offset will be 5mm (2/10") closer to the edge of the fender than the +43mm offset.

If you're still talking about both of these wheels in 18x8.5 the other difference is the look of the face of the wheel. The +43 wheels are Flat Face, and the +38 wheels are Semi Concave Face.

Yes, because the spokes curve at a different angle.

Yes they would fit, since you said you would be getting Ksport coilovers.

Here are pictures of NoLimitz' xB. He has 19x8.5" fronts and 19x9.5" rears that are all +38 offset. He is dropped REALLY LOW on Ksport coilovers. His tires are 235/35 front & 245/35 rear.
