Newly custom painted headlights
hey guys i just got done working on the headlights. realized they are harder to take apart than my tC headlights, just cause there are more clip things you gotta work with on the headlight itself. but i modified the amber reflector piece and painted the insides. if you have any questions let me know and ill help you out. so with out further a do.....

Woah very nice! Thats the same idea I had for the parts you painted black actually. Though I'm hesitant to take them apart since getting a replacement headlamp is like.. $350-400..
When you put them back on, did you use something different because I noticed there are those plastic rivets which i'm not too sure how you can take them out without breaking them.
Make a DIY!!

clips and just a screw? there is still sealant that needs to be baked right? it would be great if you could post a "how-to" for getting those headlights apart. looks great though! i will also be trying to get rid of as much orange as i can on the outside of the car.

and speaking of side reflectors, you can pickup a white side reflector, and put it where that white stripe is if you are worried about DOT - that way you can get rid of that ugly orange. im thinking about doing some DIY angel eyes in that round opening for the turn signal, or something similair.

oooo, sweet. ill have to look into that. i want something subtle though.
i was interested in doing something like what this guy has done (great how-to):

i would have to try very hard to make it clean looking though. no ghetto-ness allowed on the xD. i dont even know if angel eyes are what i would want. something unique and original would be much better.

can we get some better pictures of the car. Like maybe in the daylight with the whole car. If i get an xD it will be white with blacked out lights. I like the white stripe you have there, but would prefer it to be a clear reflector.
