08 XD Fuel Pump replacement

08 XD Fuel Pump replacement
About a month ago I had to replace the alternator, now it appears the fuel pump is out also. The Malfunction Indicator Light is on but code readers are detecting no codes. Either way, the engine isn't getting fuel. When you turn the key forward, the pump doesn't even hum.
That being said, it doesn't appear that I can get a fuel pump from anywhere except a dealer, who wants $425 for it. There are pumps available for the TC and XB models but not XD. The TC and XB pumps won't match up. We ran the part #s to match up to other part makers, but none of them match. Toyota's part # is 23221, which use usually followed by -Xxxxx with the x's representing additional #s with the closest part being 23221-46010.
Anyone have a similar problem or can offer an alternative solution other than dropping $425...
