HI, I am new to this forum. I have a 2008 Scion xD I bought new and now has 176k miles on it. I LOVE this car. It has been fantastic. I will drive her until she absolutely crumbles.

Unfortunately as I write this she is sitting in my driveway torn apart. She starts over then won't continue to run. The fuel pump does not appear to be getting current to it.

I checked both fuses under the hood, and I checked the relays by the drivers side leg, even though some people say that this model does not have a relay at all. Still nothing. We used a meter to check power at the pump and nothing is getting there. Someone mentioned a fuel pump shut off valve but I could not find it.

It will do me no good to replace the fuel pump if it is not getting power, right? Anyone have any suggestions what my next step should be?
