Default Airplane noise?

Driving down the interstate at 75 to 80mph and it sounds like,
I'm in an airplane does anybody have any idea what this noise is?

It's a 2009 Scion xD with roughly 130thousand miles.

Look under car. Is something hanging loose and dragging?

I think the xD is just a noisy car in general. It's not the most aerodynamic given its boxy shape, so once you get up to 70 it can gett loud.

Nothing dragging or loose, inner city roads are kind of rough and they've also been doing a lot road construction on the Interstate.
I've already been through 3 windshields because of it and I know about the normal vibration and road noisy been driving the car back and forth to work for 2 years now,
the noise wasn't normal sounded like turbine on airplane winding up and down from me speeding up and slowing down.

Oddly enough it has only done it once so far and hasn't done it again since.

Reach under bumper-cover lip and grab each of the aero trays that connect bumper to engine. On last trip to Phoenix to visit in-laws, we hit bump hard enough to slam bottom of bumper-cover into ground. This snapped off some of mounting bolts & brackets. Didn't notice anything until getting up to speed on freeway. Then high-speed air coming in front-end pushed those trays downwards until it rubbed on ground.

WTF?@#? Hopped out and took a look, nothing! Got back on freeway, 70-75mph, there's that noise again! Pulled over and nothing looked out of place. So I reached under and started pulling on stuff. Sure enough, some of the panels under chin was loose! Check entire width under bumper cover. There's 3 separate pans and one of them could be loose. It didn't rub until I got going fast enough for wind-pressure to push it down enough to rub.
