Need intake advice for 09 xd. New to forum!

Hello all, My name is Will and I just joined the forum today. I drive an 09 xd that I've had for over a year now and recently became interested in buying a new intake. The original looks pretty restrictive and I'm trying to get a better sound out of the engine. Has anybody had any good/bad experiences to share?

I'm thinking injen or afe, not sure.

ON my xD i purchased just a Spectre cone from Pepboys. I saw no gains whatsoever but it made the motor sound a lot nicer!

you really wont see any noticeable gains from any intake out there...

Got the aFe and love it, makes a nice and noticeable sound especially upwards of 4.5K RPM , makes a whistle which is cool. You can feel a bit more pull too around 3.5-5.5K RPM not a whole lot but still just that much more fun. the aFe was also a breeze to install and looks great in the car!
